It's definitely deep cleansing. Honestly what i love the most is that you can do a whole lot of cleansing with just a pea size of product. Less is definitely more. I alsouse it in my shower routine as i have acne prone prone skin on my chest, arms and back.
Very cleansing and works extra well if you use a facial brush. Make sure you follow up with a toner and the spf moisturizer

The cleanser is awesome. I just use this line of products to maintain my skin which is already great. The problem I have is the bottle went from 6.2 oz to 5.1 oz but the cost is still the same. Did I miss something?

I love that there are companies now that take into account the concerns of black skin, Bolden being one. The clarifying cleanser has addressed concerns about hyperpigmentation and breakouts. Though it increases sun sensitivity, the gworls know not to go out without putting on sunscreen in this day and age. It helps to keep breakouts under control, especially during hormonal changes.
