Last Sunday, we held our latest Bolden Walk Club in Los Angeles, co-hosted by Deja Monet, Taj Marcel, and Acacia McBride in partnership with Micah’s Walk for Autism.
Partnership with Micah’s Walk for Autism
The walk marked our first collaboration with a charitable organization, and it was a true synergistic fit. Inspired by her younger brother Micah, who is autistic, event co-host Acacia founded Micah’s Walk for Autism to raise awareness and provide support for other children and families in the autism spectrum community.
We brought together Los Angeles locals for a morning walk, matcha and refreshments, and sunscreen in the L.A. sun, all centered around the idea that wellness includes showing up for everyone in our community. In support of autism awareness, we pledged to donate $5 for each of our first 100 walkers.
Our Mission
At Bolden, we walk it like we talk it (literally). When something is personal to our community, it becomes personal to us. We’re proud to stand with Acacia and Micah, creating a space where people can show up as themselves, with purpose, connection, and of course, SPF. After all, true beauty comes from feeling good in your own skin.
We love partnering with our community, and welcome opportunities to learn more about the causes that matter to you. Want to join us at our next walk club? Follow us on socials to see if we’re coming to your city.
